Why the coconut oil? I dont use any oil in my smoothies. Can I leave it out?
Yes, you can leave it out. Coconut oil is really good for you and has many health benefits and I have a hard time getting enough in my diet so I add it to smoothies (because I can’t taste it). You can gladly leave it out. Enjoy!
